THE CHARACTER OF THE HOUSE
The past,
to be lived.
The blue of the sky and the sea, grandmothers’ handiwork and a familiar light. A room that holds the simplicity of country memory.

A room painted blue
The Contadina interprets the colour of the sea and the sky through details, furnishings and curtains. The nod to Domenico Modugno and to “Nel blu dipinto di blu” sets the mood of the room devoted to the Sixties: an evocative image of Puglia, without losing the warmth of a home.
The room has a double bed, a private bathroom and a panoramic balcony over the old town. Air conditioning, a smart monitor and a fridge complete it.

Grandmothers’ hands
The blankets of coloured squares are worked by hand and joined together by the grandmothers, square after square. It is a memory made of patience and small gestures, found again in the coloured crates hung on the wall and turned into towel racks.
The care for detail and the choice of blue recall the style of Capri. Simple objects, fabrics and colours build a welcoming atmosphere, where the country tradition lives on in everyday things.
